• Centralized Infrastructure: Streamlining Operations for Efficiency: ITW India’s existing SAP/ ERP workloads were hosted on on-premise infrastructure, which also served local IT needs. However, they needed dedicated centralised IT infrastructure for hosting their mission-critical ERP workloads for enhanced performance.

• Business Growth: Scalability on a Budget: Owing to expanding business, ITW India needed to scale their IT infrastructure for SAP/ERP workloads, ensuring high availability and compliance.

The process started with the mock, followed by the complete final migration. Key activities like impact assessment, system backups, checking prerequisites, data export/import, post-migration checks, and performance validation were undertaken. Functional testing and business validation were also performed to ensure system stability and consistency post-migration, supporting seamless operations with minimal downtime.
