This intention is supported by the process of continual improvement that is designed to promote customer trust, manage service levels and deliver value for money. Our commitment to quality, service management, Information security, PII security as per contractual and legal requirements and business continuity by robust infrastructure, health, safety and the environment is delivered by adopting an integrated approach to our management systems in line with the PAS99:2012 standard and comply with all relevant legislation, contractual, regulations and other legal and industry-specific requirements.
This provides a framework for integration of the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 20000-1:2018, ISO 27017:2015, ISO 27018:2019 and ISO 14001:2015 standards and independently reviewed by the third party is externally certificated by BSI.
We will communicate this policy to our employees through our intranet and make it available for our customers or other interested parties on our website or on request.
