Welcome to the inaugural edition of our newsletter! Here, we share what’s been happening at Yotta - from new innovations and product launches to the people making it all possible. This newsletter brings you the highlights and a peek into how we’re helping transform India’s digital landscape.
What’s New for You
August marked a milestone in Yotta’s journey. With the launch of Urja and Sudarshan, we stepped into the media and entertainment technology space making cloud-native rendering simple and media workflows smarter than ever.
Urja, India’s first Renderfarm-as-a-Service, makes cloud-native 3D rendering fast, affordable, and accessible. Powered by Yotta’s GPU-driven sovereign cloud, it empowers studios, designers, and developers to bring complex visuals to life - without heavy upfront infrastructure.
With two innovative offerings, Sudarshan redefines media workflows & experiences
Sudarshan Media Asset Management (MAM): Streamlines the media supply chain by acquiring, ingesting, organizing, and delivering assets with efficiency and control.
Sudarshan Online Video Platform (OVP): A scalable cloud-based OTT solution enabling seamless content delivery across web, mobile, and TV with superior UX/UI.
We championed India’s digital sovereignty and AI ambitions across the nation’s most influential platforms. From leading the dialogue at the Assocham International Conference on Sovereign Tech to sharing insights on green energy and intelligent infrastructure at tele.net’s Future-Ready Data Centres forum, Yotta reinforced its leadership in building future-ready, sustainable data centre ecosystems.
Our commitment to powering India’s AI mission was further amplified as we took the stage at the Global AI Leadership Meet 2025, and at the Global Summit on Productivity in the Age of AI. Our CEO, Sunil Gupta also headlined a panel in the ET World Leaders Forum on Neural Intelligence. The momentum continued at the A&M Summit + Anime India 2025, where Urja and Sudarshan drew in large crowds.
ChatGPT’s 2022 debut ignited a fierce AI arms race, prompting swift responses from Google (Gemini), Microsoft (Copilot), and Anthropic (Claude). One player remained silent: Apple.
Now that’s changing. Apple is reportedly developing an AI "Answer Engine" that provides direct, factual answers. This positions it as a competitor to generative chatbots like ChatGPT. The technology is expected to be integrated into Apple's ecosystem, potentially transforming Siri and Spotlight Search features in upcoming operating systems.
At Yotta, we’re not just building data centers, we’re defining the standards for the entire industry. Time and again, we’ve been recognized by leading Indian and global media, a nod to the trust enterprises and governments place in us as the backbone of India’s digital future.
This recognition is a testament to our relentless pursuit of excellence and innovation..
A report by TeamLease Digital, “Digital Skills and Salary Primer Report for FY2025-26,” reveals a severe tech talent crunch in India. For every 10 AI job openings, only one qualified engineer is available - a gap that extends to cloud computing and cybersecurity as well. This widespread talent deficit risks slowing down innovation and leaves businesses vulnerable to emerging threats.
