• Usage-based concession will be applicable as per the consumption slab agreed undersigned the SOF or contract on overall monthly cloud consumption, which is available on the CSP portal (OEM) report.
• Cumulative Monthly Average(CMA*)” means the average value calculated by adding up the total values for each month over a period, then dividing by the no. of months included in that period. Formula: (SUM(range of monthly values up to the current month) / no. of months considered)
• The applicable concession will be applicable only on CSP (OEM) Cloud Resources consumption, but not on any consumption related to the marketplace or 3rd party products, which are available on the marketplace, or any support purchased directly from the OEM.
• Third-party/Marketplace offerings are governed by respective OEMs or CSPs, and all terms and benefits are as per the third party’s agreement with the customer. INR billing is subject to exchange rate; the customer bears the exchange rate fluctuation.

The LIFT and SHIFT approach is about migrating your application and associated data to the cloud with minimal or no changes. DATA migration using storage devices provided by the service provider (e.g., Snowball, Data Box).

• The provider supplies secure storage devices for large data transfer projects. Data is loaded onto the devices at the customer’s site, shipped to the provider or cloud ingestion facility, and uploaded to cloud storage. Devices are pre-configured with encryption and chain-of-custody tracking for compliance.
• This is charged as Device rental costs and the effort for loading and ingestion, where shipping and logistics are billed separately.
• Any loss, damage, or late return penalties for devices are to the customer’s account per contract terms.

Direct, secured, wired network transfer from the customer’s on-premises to the cloud using high-speed connectivity.
This model enables real-time or scheduled data migration between customer data centres to cloud storage over wired private network secured link using IPsec VPN or encryption (e.g., Direct Connect, P2P link, or IPSec VPN).

Connectivity charges like Direct Connect or IPsec VPN, or internet bandwidth charges are charged at an additional cost.+C147

ADAVANCE MONITORING and NOTIFICATIONS, consists of Custom Metrics, Detailed Monitoring Metrics, and Traces, provides visibility and proactive insights. Customers need to subscribe to specific advanced monitoring modules for their cloud resources and workloads, such as compute, storage, network, applications, and security, etc.

• Basic Monitoring Metrics (Metrics sent by default to the cloud portal)
• Notification service through Email, SMS, API Calls, and further classified alerts will be provided
• Charged based on per workload or resource (any component that gets monitored using this service will be considered as workload )

• 15% of the monthly cloud spend will be charged and applicable as per tiers agreed on overall monthly cloud spend, which is available on the CSP portal or OEM report. The applicable percentage varies with spend brackets: Spends between ₹1 Cr. and ₹5 Cr.: 12%, Spends exceeding ₹5 Cr.: 10%.
