Startups may be inducted into the program at the initial stage (Launch) OR at any of the later stages, depending upon their stage of product maturity and eligibility on other applicable criteria.
Startups may move from their current stage to a higher stage and avail the credits of that higher stage, if they qualify for the same as per the criteria mentioned in above table.
Credits under any stage lapse on expiry of the term of that stage, regardless of any unused credits that remain.
Total credit which can be redeemed cumulatively across all categories is $100,000.
Startups will get the balance credits when they get eligible for a higher stage of credits.
Yotta owns the final rights to offer more credits or close the credit account.
The Startup will be entitled to use Cloud Billing Benefits either part or full at any time during the Validity Period.
Post unitization of Cloud Billing Benefits by the Startup, the Startup will be liable to make payment for Cloud Services as per the periodic invoice raised by Yotta.
If the Startup is unable to use the Cloud Billing Benefits during the Validity Period, then, the un-utilized Cloud Billing Benefits shall lapse after completion of Validity Period.
