Evaluation
Process
Screening and membership approval conducted by the Yotta Rudra Program team for Rudra’s program.
Validation by NVIDIA for NVIDIA Inception and/or NVIDIA Connect teams membership.
USD25K Stage Only: Detailed review to evaluate product maturity, commercial readiness and usage of NVIDIA and Yotta solutions.
Selection,
On-boarding, and Service Provisioning Process
Yotta will inform applicants of the membership decision via email within 3 business days (D+3)
Applicants will receive a “Rudra Accelerator Program Agreement” to be approved and signed within 5 business days. (D+8)
Applicants will receive a “Master Services Agreement” to be approved and signed within 5 business days. (D+8)
Yotta will schedule a technical exploratory session to gauge the applicant’s technical requirements and determine whether a detailed solutioning is required. Services to be delivered will be captured in a Service Order Form (SOF). (D+11)
Within 3 business days, services will be configured and delivered to the applicant. (D+14)

Usage, Invoicing & Credit Usage Monitoring Process
Program members need to create an account on the “OneYotta” Portal to monitor the usage of AI and cloud services, invoicing, credit allocation and credit usage.
